Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our renewable energy investments and M&A team, responsible for preparing and executing investment decisions, managing transaction processes, and overseeing external advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Analysis: Conducting thorough investment analysis, including financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
• Transaction Execution: Coordinating transaction execution, including contract negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including development, legal, and financing functions, to deliver high-quality results.
• Stakeholder Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and co-developers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong Analytical Skills: A strong background in investment analysis, with experience in renewable energy investments.
• Relevant Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, transaction services, or a similar field.
• Education: A Master's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.
