Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our Data Center Development team at Microsoft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of data center projects, from design to completion.

• Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Site Management: Ensure that all site-related activities are carried out safely and efficiently, in accordance with Microsoft's safety standards.
• Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work meets the required quality standards.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, including project team members, vendors, and clients.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project, in a timely and efficient manner.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on data center development.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols, as well as experience with project management software and tools.
