About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Neurovascular Territory Representative. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to promote and sell our cutting-edge Neurovascular product portfolio across the Finnish territory. As part of our regional sales team, you will contribute to developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and meet customer expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Initially, you will participate in a comprehensive product training program to gain in-depth knowledge of our Neurovascular product portfolio and establish relationships with key opinion leaders.
  2. Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, you will develop and implement a sales plan tailored to the needs of your assigned territory, aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.
  3. With a strong focus on achieving quarterly and annual sales targets, you will design and execute strategic approaches in the sales process, identify new potential customers and users for Stryker's Neurovascular products, negotiate effectively, and maintain a thorough understanding of market trends.
  4. Building on your product expertise, you will serve as a trusted advisor, trainer, and partner for physicians, lab staff, and medical professionals, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  5. You will also secure sales revenue by collaborating with various departments, coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels, and more.
  6. In addition, you will engage in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to expand your network and enhance your knowledge base for interacting with customers.
