Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Wärtsilä Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and fulfilling all contractual obligations for assigned accounts.

• Develop and maintain core maintenance plans for all ES&O products.
• Retrieve up-to-date spare part data from vendors and ensure timely availability.
• Coordinate with internal field services team to schedule work and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor site spare part inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate and report with Contract Managers and customers on maintenance management.
• Assist in the formulation and revision of operating policies and procedures.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
• Professional communication and coordination skills.
• Previous experience in parts and services coordination.
