About the Role

In this role, you will lead cross-functional programs that drive significant improvements in ensuring fair, efficient, and competitive pricing across our 30+ markets. You will collaborate with Regional Operations and Pricing teams to roll out new features, ensure they meet performance expectations, and identify opportunities for further improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing initiatives that enhance delivery quality and drive growth in a capital-efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement scalable processes and sustainable business models.
  • Leading experiments alongside the Analytics team, using data to drive decisions that enhance efficiency and performance across all regions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in (i) strategy & operations in a top-tier tech/platform company or (ii) management consulting or (iii) pricing / revenue management in a comparable industry.
  • A natural leader with stellar people & project management skills, as you'll need to be able to inspire and persuade colleagues from a broad spectrum of backgrounds in a cross-team setting and get them to work towards one goal in a coordinated, collaborative and efficient manner.
  • Problem-solving skills: our team is in the business of solving hard problems and developing new solutions. There's rarely a handbook that we can refer to. Hence, you need to be ingenious and relentless at solving hairy business problems, not just in the abstract but also on the lowest level of detail.
  • Analytical skills: you'll work with data every single day. While we're not expecting you to be an expert, you'll benefit from having an elementary understanding of experimentation, causal inference, predictive modeling and optimization so that you can collaborate effectively with Data Scientists.
