Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our Software Development team as a Scrum Master.

1. Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Encourage the team to adopt Agile principles and best practices, promoting collaboration and open communication.
2. Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other essential meetings to ensure seamless workflow.
3. Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise in Agile methodologies.
4. Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles hindering the team's progress, ensuring they can deliver high-quality work efficiently.
5. Collaborate with Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize tasks, ensure a well-defined backlog, and align with business objectives.
6. Promote Self-Managing Teams: Foster an environment where teams take ownership of their work, making informed decisions, and driving positive change.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software development and/or testing, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge the team constructively and drive positive change.
