To be eligible for this position, you should have experience in research and teaching in the field of industrial engineering and management. A doctoral degree in industrial engineering and management or an equivalent qualification is also required. Additionally, you should have strong competences in teaching, project management skills, and the ability to supervise students writing their theses.

Apart from these basic requirements, previous involvement in acquiring research funding and working with companies is considered as additional merit.
