Job Description

We are seeking a skilled specialist to join our Payroll team, responsible for payroll and time management. Key tasks include interpreting the Working Time Act and collective agreements, managing absences, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct end user trainings during and after system implementations.
  • Facilitate user productivity of solutions.
  • Serve as single point of contact for system and process-related end user questions and concerns.
  • Escalate system errors and provide solutions in collaboration with other key users and stakeholders.
  • Participate in solution testing during system implementations and updates.
  • Initiate and participate in development projects representing local and end-user viewpoints.

An important part of this role is internal customer service, training, and supporting managers.
