Executive Chef Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen, specializing in Pakistani and continental cuisine. Job Description:

1. Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus featuring a variety of Pakistani and continental dishes, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
2. Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to established kitchen standards.
3. Kitchen Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintaining a productive team environment and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
4. Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
5. Safety and Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards, promoting a clean and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role, specializing in Pakistani and continental cuisine.
2. Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff towards achieving shared goals.
