In this key leadership role, you'll empower our talented team of artists, develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, and establish and refine art pipelines for in-game assets and marketing.

About the Role

This is not an art director or vision-holder role but a crucial leadership position that ensures our artists and the entire creative process are set up for success. As our Art Lab Lead, you'll work closely with multiple game teams and stakeholders across the organization to align the art team's efforts with project timelines, goals, and creative needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Empower the art team to drive innovation and creativity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Establish and refine art pipelines for in-game assets and marketing.
  • Anticipate future art and creative needs of our games in development.
  • Drive project success by juggling timelines, resources, and communication.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the gaming industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of art pipelines, from concept through 3D to marketing.
  • A track record of successfully launching games and/or supporting teams from pre-production to release.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
