Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our EXFO Homeland Security leadership team. As the Operations and Customer Experience Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global operations, logistics, export control, production, sourcing, and product support teams to ensure efficient operations and support for the overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for revenue optimization, procurement, and inventory management to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product demonstrations and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in global operations, logistics, export controls, and customer experience management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills with the ability to handle operational crises and develop contingency plans.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial planning.
  • Knowledge of homeland security regulatory compliance.
