Senior Cyber Security Leader Job Overview

Qt Group is seeking a senior-level cyber security leader to join our team. As a Senior Cyber Security Leader, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust security measures, collaborating with vendors, responding to incidents, and providing guidance and support to employees.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in security operations, including at least 2 years managing outsourced SOC. They should also have experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and threat hunting, as well as a deep understanding of Microsoft security ecosystems, Azure, and AWS cloud security.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversight of our IT security roadmap and development projects.
• Ownership of our security tools, particularly Microsoft security products like Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel, and related solutions.
• Leadership in incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in major markets – EMEA, US, APAC, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, PIPL, and NIST frameworks.
• Maintenance of employee security skills and awareness.
• Collaboration with other security stakeholders.
• Management of outsourced Security Operations Center (SOC) team, ensuring effective threat detection, incident response, and mitigation.
