Steady Energy is a Finnish technology company focusing on developing small modular reactors (SMRs). Our mission is to build the world's first SMR plant.

We are seeking a Public Affairs Manager to lead our communications and public affairs strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing and implementing a public affairs strategy in collaboration with our Communications and Public Affairs Manager.
• Promoting Steady Energy's interests at the EU level and participating in international public affairs and communications efforts.
• Supporting domestic project development and communications activities.
• Developing best practices and processes for public affairs and communications projects.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with stakeholders and participating in relevant events, seminars, and other activities.
• Creating written materials for public affairs and communications purposes.

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience in public affairs and understanding of the decision-making process.
• A relevant higher education degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to build relationships.
• A self-motivated work style, curiosity, and desire to develop and grow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
