We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Solution Specialist at Cross Border Talents.

The role involves driving customer growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored technical insights and enhance cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Customer Growth: Identify and leverage up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to boost revenue.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Deliver tailored technical product insights and overviews to support business decisions.
  • Enhance Cloud Adoption: Propose creative strategies to increase technical expertise and drive business results.
  • Validate Implementation Needs: Review and validate implementation requirements and pricing structures.
  • Present Solutions Virtually: Present technical and business solutions to stakeholders through virtual platforms.
  • Support Sales Team: Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team when engaging with prospective clients.
  • Provide Training Sessions: Offer training sessions on specialized topics to enhance team skills.
  • Stay Informed: Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud technologies and competitive pricing trends.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Finnish: C2 level required.
  • Proficiency in English: C1 level required.
  • EU Citizenship or Spanish Residency: EU citizenship or Spanish residency card required.
  • Bachelor's Degree: BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience required.
  • Experience: 3-6+ years of experience in technology sales or business development.
  • Challenger Mindset: Ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales skills required.
  • Background: Background in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is a plus.
