About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Helsinki Airport. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling high-quality products to both domestic and international customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as a store salesperson in all our stores
  • Meet and greet customers, providing product information and making sales
  • Ensure the general cleanliness of the store, shelf products, and handle cashier duties
Requirements
  • Previous experience in store or sales work, especially knowledge of alcohol and cosmetic products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure
  • Proactive attitude and ability to handle different situations and people
  • Positive attitude in all situations

Please note that distances between our stores at the airport can be long, and the work is standing work. Early mornings and late evenings are our everyday life, and you should be comfortable working on weekends and sometimes on public holidays.
