Tehtävän kuvaus

Metsä Group on etsimässä uutta Area Sales Manager - Professional Sales -tehtäväänsä. Tehtävässä pääset kehittämään asiakasmyyntiä kannattavasti ja johdonmukaisesti saavuttaaksesi Metsä Tissuen strategian mukaisesti pitkälle aikajänteelle asetetut tavoitteet.

Mitä pääset tekemään?

  • Optimoida asiakkuuksien arvo hinnoittelun ja tuoteryhmien hallinnan avulla ylläpitäen erinomaisia asiakassuhteita.
  • Osaamisen kehittäminen ja asiakasmyynnin kehittäminen.
  • Osallistuminen myyntisuunnitelmien laatimiseen, vuosibudjetin seuranta, CRM-järjestelmän ylläpitäminen, markkinatilannetta koskevan datan käsittely ja analysointi (mm. Power BI) sekä erilaisten myyntiaktiviteettien organisoiminen (mm. kampanjat, messut).
  • Tuotaminen sisältöä myös kilpailukykyisen tuotetarjooman rakentamiseen (product development) ja osallistuminen liiketoiminnan kehittämiseen asiakassuhdetta samalla syventäen.

  • Tehtävään soveltuva vähintään ammattikorkeakoulutasoinen koulutus ja aiempaa kokemusta vastaavista myynnin tehtävistä.
  • Proaktiivinen, tuloshakuinen sekä innovatiivinen työskentelytapa.
  • Strategisen ajattelukyvyn, hyvät viestintätaidot sekä konsultatiivisen neuvotteluotteen ja itsenäisen työskentelyotteen.
  • Osallistuminen työhyvinvoinnin tueksi liikunta- ja kulttuurietuihin sekä hankkiminen verovapaan työsuhdepolkupyörän.
