About Us

We are a fast-growing recruitment agency, Cross Border Talents, looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Malaga. As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 per annum, plus a meal allowance of €600 per month, health insurance, and relocation assistance to support your transition to Malaga.

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our partner pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals with our existing partners. You will work closely with our telemarketing teams, end-user sales teams, and other key resources to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • a strong track record in sales and account management;
  • proficiency in English (C1 level) and Finnish (C2 level);
  • EU citizenship or Spanish residency card;
  • a minimum of one year's experience in sales and/or account management;
  • strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills;
  • a passion for building long-term relationships and driving business growth.
