We are a dynamic team at Nordea Bank Norge ASA, responsible for supporting financial message processing and flows between our institution and other financial institutions. Our role is to ensure seamless communication and data exchange, enabling us to provide excellent services to our customers.

• Support messaging between Nordea and other financial institutions, ensuring timely and accurate data exchange.
• Provide second-line support to end users in SWIFT-related issues, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex problems.
• Handle incidents and participate in problem investigations, working closely with the team to identify and implement solutions.
• Operate and maintain SWIFT applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

• Application administration experience in an enterprise environment, with a strong understanding of ITIL and SAFe processes.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience of Linux, IBM WebSphere MQ, and SQL, with a focus on financial messaging systems.
• Practical knowledge of SWIFT applications and services, including ISO20022 standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a strong academic background in a relevant field.
