Patent Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Professional to join our team at Codento. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed, and cloud networks.

1. Conduct thorough patent searches and analyze patents in technology areas related to the Internet of Things, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, etc.
2. Prepare detailed claim charts and provide infringement and validity analyses.
3. Attend out-licensing meetings and participate in technical licensing discussions.
4. Manage complex projects involving internal and external partners.

1. At least 5 years of experience in patent prosecution and litigation, ideally with a focus on Internet of Things technology.
2. Strong knowledge of patent law, including patentability and validity requirements.
3. Experience in drafting and reviewing patent applications and claim charts.
4. Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
