We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as our next In-House Counsel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting and negotiating corporate agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.

• Drafting & negotiation: Prepare and negotiate various corporate agreements, including sales, service, subcontracting, employment, licensing, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), ensuring clarity, enforceability, and compliance.
• Legal advisory: Provide guidance on corporate governance, human resources matters, and business transactions, supporting teams in contract interpretation and issue resolution.
• Compliance & risk management: Ensure adherence to corporate, tax, intellectual property, and data protection laws, identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Contract management: Maintain and update corporate agreement records, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
• Litigation support: Assist in resolving contract-related disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and settlements, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
