Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Beauty Consultant Trainer to join our training department in Finland. This role involves delivering product training and coaching our retail teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beauty Consultant Training: Deliver product training to our beauty consultants, focusing on Novelties launches and brand DNA.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide on-site POS assessments and coaching to help our retail teams develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Others: Assist with translation proofreading of My Dior content and training modules key slides.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years in retail
  • Personal Affinity: Passion for Dior and understanding of the brand DNA
  • Technical Skills: Native Finnish and excellent English language skills
