  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and rollout wellbeing initiatives to promote employee engagement
  • Build relationships with colleagues across the organization to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Develop and coordinate learning and development opportunities like job rotations, mentoring programs and our learning collection TECH Academy
  • Contribute to people and culture projects such as diversity and inclusion efforts, employee engagement surveys or initiatives aimed at improving our ways of working

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ongoing studies in the relevant field
  • A proactive approach, creative thinking and an eagerness to learn new things and push yourself out of your comfort zone
