Job Overview

Winthrop Technologies, a leading Data Centre Construction company headquartered in Dublin, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join its team. This site-based position will be based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to project safety management systems and statutory provisions.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety legislation and Winthrop Engineering & Contracting PSCS Environmental, Health & Safety Plans.
  • Coordinate task-specific method statements, risk assessments, safe plans of action, and permit-to-work processes.
  • Maintain records of statutory inspections and ensure project sub-contractors adhere to EHS policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective EHS strategies and programs.
Requirements:
  • A relevant third-level degree qualification in Health & Safety or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing EHS on large construction sites.
  • Thorough knowledge of current EHS legislation.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
