We're seeking a Preschool Teacher Leader to join our Carousel Nursery team. With a focus on Reggio Emilia-inspired education, we're committed to fostering creativity, independence, and genuine connections in our children.

As a leader in our community, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that align with our curriculum. You'll also provide guidance and support to our team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. A recognized qualification in ECE
  2. Your degree should be from outside Finland, approved by the Finnish National Agency for Education (Opetushallitus)
  3. You've applied for your Opetushallitus certificate
  4. You're familiar with the Finnish ECEC curriculum
  5. You bring warmth, curiosity, and a genuine love for working with young children
  6. You have a valid criminal record extract, as required to work with children in Finland
