We are currently seeking an experienced Naval Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to critical tasks such as hull design, CFD analysis, stability assessments, rules compliance, weight calculation, and structural design. Effective collaboration with our skilled engineers and designers is essential.

• Hull design and optimization
• Structural calculations and report preparation
• Hydrostatic analysis and detailed reporting
• CFD simulation and interpretation
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

1. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Naval Architecture
2. No less than 5 years of experience in naval architecture and hydrodynamics
3. A strong proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning and skill development
4. Superb self-management skills and proficiency in English

Candidates with experience in the following areas will receive special consideration:

• Small craft design and hydrodynamic expertise
• Serial production boat design and commercial craft design knowledge
• High-speed craft design and design for manufacturing familiarity
• Composites and aluminum structural design experience
• SolidWorks proficiency and technical detail designs in boats and yachts
