About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Buyer - Menswear to join our team. As a key member of our buying function, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing purchasing with a long-term vision, aligning with market trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for purchasing, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Product Sourcing: Source high-quality products from suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and negotiating competitive prices.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stockholding and minimizing waste.
• Business Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify business opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including retail management, visual merchandising, and local operational teams.
• Customer Focus: Gather feedback from stores to ensure collections meet customer expectations and optimize product placement.
