Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team in the Tampere production site.

Your role will involve leading the electrical maintenance team, developing preventive maintenance plans, participating in maintenance project management, and troubleshooting electrical and automation issues.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders such as internal customers and machinery suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the electrical maintenance team
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
  • Participate in maintenance project management
  • Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have strong managerial skills and a solid background in a production environment. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities, be eager to learn, and show initiative.

  • Electrical Engineering or Technician Diploma
  • Supervisory experience of at least 3-5 years
  • Several years of previous experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial environment
  • S2 electrical safety certification
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to read technical specifications and documentation
  • Strong IT skills (O360 programs, SAP or other maintenance system knowledge)
  • Fluent oral and written skills in English
