IT Strategist

NAPA is a leading maritime software and data services provider powering safer, more sustainable, and future-proof shipping. As a technology leader, you will drive the development and continuous improvement of our IT environment while supporting the growth of our global team.

This role combines driving strategic IT initiatives with hands-on management of our cloud-based infrastructure, spanning Microsoft 365, AWS, and local servers. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Helsinki office and collaborate across business entities.

• We need you to facilitate and guide our IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Your task is to support the success and continuous improvement of our global IT team.
• You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our company's IT environment, focusing on MS 365, AWS, and network security.
• You will purchase and manage IT services and products, collaborating with vendors.
