Our Mission

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Our team is dedicated to advising clients on complex deals, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

Your Profile

• We are looking for individuals with approximately one to three years of experience in similar work.
• You will assist in the management of private and public M&A transactions, conduct due diligence, and draft transaction documents.
• You will work closely with our transaction and project teams to contribute to the development of our firm.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Law is preferred.
• Fluency in both Finnish and English is a prerequisite for this role.
