Operational Purchaser

• Ensure timely material availability and optimize inventory levels
• Forecast, plan, and manage component requirements and deliveries
• Operate and manage the supply chain for assigned suppliers
• Monitor and measure supplier quality and performance
• Manage document revisions and updates with suppliers
• Maintain and develop material master data
• Optimize inventory turnover and reduce costs

• MSc in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in purchasing or logistics in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and social skills
• Systematic and proactive approach to work
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in SAP, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English and Finnish, with Swedish skills an advantage
• Knowledge of demand-driven material requirements planning and LEAN principles
