About the Team

The team behind e.g. Supercell ID and Supercell Store is seeking an experienced data professional to help us enhance and optimize the player experience across our products. You'll work closely with product, design, marketing, and game development teams to track and evaluate product development KPIs and create data-driven insights to improve the player experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our data pipelines to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable data processing.
  • Create dashboards and other tooling for internal stakeholders to drive value from data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate our team's data into other data assets.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  1. Multiple years of experience in analytics roles, such as data analyst or data scientist.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a business-driven mindset.
  3. Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in SQL and Python, with knowledge of other programming languages like R or Java a plus.
  5. Experience working with similar data stacks, including Databricks, dbt, PySpark, and Tableau.
