Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in Oulu. As a key member of our commissioning and testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our locomotive fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and testing of locomotive Fleet Dr19
• Conduct warranty and modification work on locomotives
• Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other systems as needed
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions to keep rolling stock running smoothly
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Document work performed and maintain records

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technician or Commissioning Engineer with experience in Railway or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics
• Independent and structured working methods and at the same time a team player with high quality standards
• Certification or degree in a related field is a plus
• Computer knowledge with management of industrial equipment maintenance Software
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments
• Fluent in Finnish (full working proficiency) and English
