Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a data strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through advanced analytics, machine learning, and experimental design. Lead a team of 10 data scientists, analysts, and engineers to leverage one of the most extensive datasets on music learning globally. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to establish key performance indicators and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements: Proven experience in delivering impactful data solutions in a cross-functional context. Substantial experience with SQL and skills in one or more analytic frameworks (Python, R, Scala, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly and effectively.
