Sensor Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sensor Fab Operator to join our Sensor Factory team at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland.

1. Follow production plans and instructions to meet daily quantity and quality targets.
2. Independently plan daily tasks based on production plans.
3. Manually manufacture products precisely and operate equipment according to work instructions.
4. Operate equipment, manage data in production systems, and perform quality checks.
5. Report non-conformities, equipment malfunctions, or issues.
6. Actively participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities.
7. Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Test Support teams.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining high-quality standards.
2. Ability to use computers and different IT systems and software.
3. Effective communication, collaborative attitude, and a desire to learn.
4. Proficiency in Finnish with an understanding of English.
5. Hands-on experience in operating manufacturing equipment.
6. General knowledge of ESD material handling.
7. Technical education and/or preferably 2 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
