Job Title: Laboratory Coordinator in Spatial Omics

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Coordinator to join our team at the FIMM Technology Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and assay development within our Single-Cell Analytics unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Applying histological techniques for spatial transcriptomics assays
• NGS library preparation
• Scientific laboratory support for research projects
• Communication with researchers (service users)
• Maintenance of laboratory and equipment
• Method and protocol development
• Data management (Linux)

Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent in biotechnology, biology, biochemistry, biomedical laboratory science, engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in histological techniques
• Previous experience in NGS technologies, cell culture, cellular techniques, and quality control will be valued
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work systematically and independently
• Fluent in English, with good interpersonal and communication skills
