IT Strategist

We are seeking an IT Architect to collaborate with our team at the Boston Consulting Group in Helsinki. As an IT Architect, you will play a key role in developing superior IT strategies, concepts, and solutions for our clients.

• Develop and implement cutting-edge IT architectures, leveraging your expertise in legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market trends.
• Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establishing modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD.
• Analyze and optimize IT systems, ensuring cyber resilience and compliance with industry standards.

• Hold a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, engineering, or a related field.
• Have approximately two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
• Be proficient in modern tools such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
• Have broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends.
• Be comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts, with flexibility to travel.
• Be excellent at understanding and communicating complex topics in English.
