We're seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Upselling Strategist to join our Client team in Helsinki. As a vital member of the founding team, you'll collaborate closely to develop and enhance our cutting-edge product.

Our all-in-one upsell platform simplifies creating and managing upsells for online stores. This centralized solution maximizes revenue through meticulously crafted strategies, increasing average order value and enhancing customer buying experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Optimize Upselling Experience: Lead the development and optimization of our upselling experience, ensuring high performance and seamless integration into various e-commerce platforms.
• Frontend and Backend Development: Utilize your expertise in React JS for frontend development and enhance backend systems using modern technologies.
• Leadership Opportunity: Ambitious candidates can grow into the CTO role, leading our technology team and shaping the future tech stack.

We're looking for a seasoned JavaScript expert with extensive experience in React and Typescript. You should have strong skills in backend development and advanced technical skills like unit testing, performance debugging, and CSS animations.

Average Salary: €5,250 per month, complemented by stock options that let you share in our success.
