As a Supply Chain Excellence Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving the development of electronic components, working closely with suppliers to ensure high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about supply chain management and product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively support new product introduction and lead systematic quality assurance activities for electronic parts/products.
  • Analyse supplier performance, identify development opportunities and drive the development actions.
  • Develop and execute supplier development action plans to improve supplier performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of electronic components (i.e. manufacturing).
  • Strong personal drive for identifying potential for development and taking action on initiatives.
  • Performance-focused mindset.
  • A systematic way of working and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good teamwork, coordination and communication skills.
  • Capability to apply lean principles and statistical process control in daily work for driving improvement.
  • Experience of Production Part Approval Process / Experience in quality management for example in manufacturing processes.
  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or Economics and Business Administration, or qualified equivalent.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
