Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Writer Trainee to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality technical documentation and user guides for our Network Monetization Platform (NMP). As a Technical Writer Trainee, you will be responsible for designing, planning, coordinating, writing, and illustrating technical documentation and user guides that will be used by internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create user documentation for the education and usage of the NMP platform by end-users, typically related to APIs, SDKs, and other technical components.
  • Work with technical experts to gather information and create high-quality technical documentation and user guides.
  • Use your technical background and/or product knowledge to drive the redesign of user documentation for NMP products, both from structure and content perspective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation meets the needs of internal and external users.
Requirements
  • BSc/MSc degree in computer engineering, information technology, telecommunications, or related field.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Substantial understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated personality, ability to cope with tight deadlines, and working independently, as well as in local and global (virtual) teams.
  • Experience or capability in driving/coordinating moderately complex projects.
  • Ability to understand overall business situation and to interpret to own tasks and responsibilities.
  • Efficient information gathering skills.
  • Interested in technology topics.
Preferred Skills
  • Relevant experience in technical communication.
  • Git and Markdown.
  • Rich Media and interactive user documentation creation expertise.
  • Software testing background is a plus.
