- Having a team player spirit, a willingness to take responsibility, and the ability to guide other team members.
- Proven experience in Integration/API technologies such as Azure, Mulesoft, Boomi, Frends or IBM.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications in Mulesoft and/or Azure are an added advantage.
- Experience in finance sector (banking, insurance, or pension) is an advantage.
