Job Description
The Tech Lead plays a critical role in driving the implementation of best practices for platform reliability, scalability, and security. This involves close collaboration with CloudOps and development teams to ensure platform engineering efforts align with the organization's strategic goals while promoting technical excellence and effective teamwork. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical leadership and hands-on expertise in designing and implementing platform engineering solutions
  • Acting as a bridge between software engineering, architecture, and CloudOps
  • Driving the implementation of best practices for platform reliability, scalability, and security
  • Mentoring and supporting platform engineers
  • Taking ownership of platform performance and troubleshooting issues
