Lean Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Transformation Specialist to join our team at ABB, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork - the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.
This role will be integral to the future success of the IEC LV Motors division, a global market leader focused on helping industries, cities, infrastructure, and transportation increase energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams to improve critical organizational processes, enhancing quality, safety, and customer service.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive transformation strategy, promoting out-of-the-box thinking and continuous process improvement.
- Act as a Lean Coach and Practitioner, enabling the unit to develop lean capabilities and behaviors throughout the organization.
- Extensive experience with Lean in a process improvement environment, with a Lean or similar certification.
- Demonstrated track record of operational process analysis, re-design, and realized benefits across diverse functional capabilities and programs.
- Fluency in Finnish and good English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and results-oriented, with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives.
- Relevant education supporting work in this role.
