As a Legal Counsel at Hoxhunt, you will play a critical role in supporting our commercial teams from a legal perspective. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating contracts, answering questions around data privacy, and acting as a trusted advisor for colleagues seeking legal advice. You will also conduct ad-hoc legal research to answer questions faced in our daily operations and contribute to the development of our legal practices and the team's way of working.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and negotiating contracts with customers, vendors, and partners
• Answering questions around data privacy
• Acting as a trusted advisor for colleagues seeking legal advice
• Conducting ad-hoc legal research to answer questions faced in our daily operations
• Contributing to the development of our legal practices and the team's way of working
• Following and understanding regulatory developments related to our business

To succeed in this position, you should have:

• A Master of Laws degree or other relevant qualification
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience either during studies or after graduation
• Fluent English (written and verbal), ability to work in Finnish or German is considered a plus
• Certain experience regarding commercial negotiations
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to dive into new areas where required, take ownership, and drive things
• Flexibility to support our teams in other countries, sometimes also outside of typical office hours
