About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Lead to join our team at Codento. As a Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in driving business growth and transformation for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a trusted advisor to business decision-makers, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  2. Lead and support customers in business and technology transformation, organizational change, and program management.
  3. Develop and implement transformation strategies that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop solutions to address them.
  5. Communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  1. Senior-level leader with experience in strategic business development, project management, and change management.
  2. Strong business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Fluency in Finnish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  5. Proven track record of driving business growth and transformation, with a strong understanding of business technology and its applications.
