About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to drive quality standards and policies within the organization. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will identify, coach, and manage suppliers to ensure compliance with organizational and government regulations. You will provide advice and training on quality protocols, conduct audits, and resolve supplier-related issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of quality assurance programs and procedures. This role requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering-oriented discipline and at least 5 years of experience working in supplier quality.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality standards and policies to ensure compliance with organizational and government regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure suppliers comply with quality standards and policies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and coaching to suppliers to help them improve their quality performance and reduce risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, including quality metrics and compliance data.
