About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist to join our team at Codento. As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to improve business processes and drive automation across the ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to research, design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions to improve their business processes and drive automation across the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Assist or drive design workshops across projects to improve platform adoption and user experience.
  • Design, develop, test, and document ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/SPM/HRSD/CSM based solutions utilizing the platform's workflow and integration capabilities.
  • Create ServiceNow reports and Performance Analytics dashboards.
  • Prepare prototypes in demo instances for proposed solutions.
  • Analyze ServiceNow releases and upgrades and how they impact the current features and applications in use.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform and integrations.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator. Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g., CIS – ISTM/ITOM/SPM).
  • Several years of technical and functional experience with ITIL Service Management processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong supplier management skills to help provide direction and ensure quality of services.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL.
  • Demonstrable experience with the use of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Visio.
  • Experience within Multi Service Provider (MSP) solutioning based on ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions (e.g., Web services APIs, MID Servers, Import Sets, and SSO).
  • General understanding of Database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, Oracle.
  • Experience in planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades.
