We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Analyst to join our team at Nordea. As a key member of our Data, Digital Sales and Engagement team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a link between data and omnichannel customer journey development, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and tools to support business stakeholders in Personal Banking, including product portfolio analysis, sales funnel optimization, and customer segmentation.
- Provide regular updates and insights on omnichannel business development, including sales, activity performance, customer behavior, pricing, and process steps.
- Collaborate with the wider data analyst community to build analytics and tools needed for business development, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Participate in Agile development approach, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Academic degree in a highly quantitative discipline, such as Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of delivering tangible benefits and outcomes.
- Proficiency in languages for data science and statistics, such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience working with databases like Snowflake and visualization tools like Power BI.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with proficiency in Finnish a plus.
