Chief HR Officer Job Description

Lumon Group is a Finnish family-owned company with a rich history of innovation and growth. We're seeking a seasoned Chief HR Officer to join our group leadership team and drive our HR strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our business goals and supports our global growth.
  • Lead the international HR team and be responsible for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive transformation and innovation in HR.
  • Promote a positive and developing work environment that fosters employee engagement and motivation.
  • Ensure smooth transitions and maintain employee satisfaction as we continue to grow.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in strategic HR at the corporate level within an international company.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in working in a multicultural environment with strong language skills in Finnish and English; Spanish language and knowledge of the culture are a plus.
  • A forward-thinking approach with a desire to bring new perspectives and drive continuous improvement in all areas of HR.
