Golf GameBook Inc. is a mobile application development company that has made significant strides in enhancing the golfing experience. With a thriving community of over 1.5 million registered users and more than 50 million rounds of golf recorded to date, we have solidified our position as the leading social scoring app for golf.

We are currently hiring a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing external and internal communications, ensuring our messaging is engaging, consistent, and aligned with our brand identity. Your primary goal will be to help us connect with golfers worldwide and make the game more enjoyable on and off the course.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing communications strategies across various channels, including email campaigns, push notifications, press releases, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

  • Enhance engagement and conversion rates through optimized communication strategies.

  • Create compelling content for marketing newsletters, press releases, and social media platforms.

  • Support our expansion into new markets by communicating effectively with existing and potential customers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with our brand, products, and marketing goals.

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging visual content for marketing communications.

  • Leverage your language skills to broaden our global reach and connect with golfers worldwide.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a similar role.

  • Native (or near-native) proficiency in English, with the ability to create high-quality, fluent, and engaging content in both languages. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns and other communications.

  • Experience using email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp, Braze, OneSignal, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent project management skills - ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while working independently and meeting clear deadlines.

  • A proactive mindset with a creative and strategic approach to communications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in app marketing, SEO, or branding.

  • Knowledge of CRM and customer journey automation.

  • Experience managing LinkedIn and other social media for brand promotion.

  • Previous experience with image editing tools such as Photoshop, Figma, or similar.
