IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Siili Solutions konserni. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading and working together with our IT Support team to ensure that our internal IT services operations run smoothly.

• Lead and manage the IT Support team to deliver high-quality IT services to our organization.
• Develop and implement processes and services to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect our organization's data and systems.
• Manage and maintain our IT budget and finances.
• Take responsibility for incident management and ensure that all IT-related issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in IT support or software development.
• Experience working as a supervisor and working in a customer service interface.
• Experience working in IT support in a process and quality-oriented organization.
• Development mindset: developing processes/services and the ability to put them into practice.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
